Price changed after purchase

Hi,

We are using your plugin to change the price of some of our products for international customers.

It shows the correct prices on our website and on the cart and checkout page but after the purchase has been completed the purchase amount has been changed back to the original amount.

Is there a setting we need to change to make it work all the time?

Hi,
It may due to the payment gateway. Please check that your payment gateway supports multiple currencies:

Hi Oscar,

Thanks for responding to me so quickly. We’re not changing the currency. We only use pounds sterling (£) so the currency shown through the process stays the same.

But once the payment has been processed the price has been changed (https://i.imgur.com/CkxWLyr.jpg)

Doesn’t the plugin actually change the product price based on where the customer is?

Hi,
The thank you page displays the price without taxes: 35 – 20% UK tax rate = 29.17

What’s the product type? The Free supports all default WooCommerce product types (Simple, Virtual, Downloadable, External, Grouped and Variable).

Hi,

I understand that the £29.17 price is lower because the tax has been removed but we want to charge £35 as this is the price we have set for the product using the plugin.

Is there a way to charge this price?

The product type is a Virtual, Downloadable and is a subscription.

Hi,
The free version does not support any “Subscription” plugin. The PRO version includes support for the “Subscriptions by Woo” plugin.
