Some People Can't Leave Comments….

Some people are complaining that they can’t comment on triplepundit.com

I can’t replicate which is making me batty. This post, for example:

I can comment fine in all browers, mac & pc. Had other people test too. But one particular user reports that her comments just “refresh the page” and leave nothing (PC Chrome). In PC Firefox, it gives her an error saying “Duplicate comment detected; it looks as though you’ve already said that!”

I just can’t replicate. What kind of things should I be looking for to diagnose this? Thanks!
