RSS Feed Error

Hello,

I am having a problem with my RSS Feed. When I click the RSS Feed link on my website (http://www.joostslager.nl) I get the following error:

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: http://www.joostslager.nl/?feed=rss2

Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>

Can anybody help me to fix this? My knowledge of XML is limited so I don’t know where to look/start.
