Join our team page?

Hi guys I would appreciate if someone can help with this.. I am trying to make a page for members where it will be called “join our team” where the visitor can fill a simple application with their name, number etc..

A little more advanced than a contact form.. a program where it stores their member information and can be kept track through wordpress instead of getting individual emails as you would with a contact form. is there such thing that exist?

and also to be able to send them updates to their e-mail address of whats going on or recent blog posts and such.

Note: Not a pay membership plugin because there wont be added content for a member we just want to track how many members we have and have the ability to email them with newsletters and blog posts
