Layout Width Changes with IE Text Size

    I have a site YouthMuse.com which uses ModernClix for a Template. It all works fine overall. However, on one computer, I found the Header Image to be cut off. On further inspection, I found that the whole layout was more narrow than usual.

    In checking Internet Explorer 8 settings, I found the setting under Page – TextSize – was set to “small”. When I changed this to “medium”, suddenly everything looked normal.

    Is this an issue that can be delt with from WP? Or something that must be handled at the IE end?

    It needs to be handled by your theme.

    OK, thanks. Does anyone have anything more specific on this? The theme apparently is no longer support by the original author, so it’s me to go in and fix. I am a techie, but need some direction to get there.

    Like what element of the theme could be causing this?

    You will need to edit the theme’s stylesheet and change all container widths from ems to px.
