User not created

    Hello,

    I have an issue with one user that purchased today course, but the user was not created and of course course was not added.

    I have test it now with a cupon. And the account was created and course has been added, so this is happening not in all cases, don’t know which case.
    Prior to updated to 2.7 this was not happening.
