paypal not working many problem in this plugin

    i use paypal checkout and when customer click the button to pay me with paypal and enter him info paymnet not be completed still show icon loading only

    i link all my info correctly drobox …..

    please help me to soolve this problem

    Hi @chady99,

    Is there a page you could share where you have the form configured, so that we could have a better idea regarding the issues noticed?

    We would also like to check the form export to see if that also gives further clues, so please do provide us with an export.

    Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.
