WooCommerce does not add products by it self, so something external added this product to your store.
Are you the only one with access to it?
Have you logged in on a public device where other people have access?
Have you installed any plugins recently? Maybe one of them added the product.
Besides this product, is anything else wrong/strange with the website?
I strongly suggest changing your password.
Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
