ROLLOVER BOX HIGHLIGHTING – PARENT MENUS

    Hello,

    My website is here:

    I would like to reduce the size of the red rollover highlight box on my parent menu items.

    At the moment the boxes are a bit big.

    Also, the text within the boxes is horizontally centred but not vertically centred. Again, I would like to rectify this.

    Can anyone offer any advice on these two items?
