Could you provide us with more specifics about what you need? Are you interested in a product category, or would you prefer a product filter that allows customers to sort products by category and attributes?

My ideia is to have a dropdown, that have the parents categories, and when the user select one of them, a secound dropdown is avaible for the user to choose the sub categories from that parent categorie

Unfortunately, WooCommerce does not have this feature built-in. However, you can achieve this using a custom code or plugin like Product Category Dropdowns.
