[Plugin: Events Calendar] Remove sunday/monday

I work for a gallery which doesn’t open on sunday or monday. It would be confusing to have events show as running over these days when we are not open.

I found I can add multiple Start/End dates to miss out these days on the calendar…However, this is a bit tedious and there is also the problem that the red date box runs over multiple lines long and over confusing for viewers. See here to see what I mean, on the LAB event entry:

I want to find a simpler way to avoid days we are not open (we may be open some days on mondays)

OR

How to make the date box display only the very first and very last date the event runs.

OR

If none of these are possible how to remove the date box completely and I will just write it in the post manually…not ideal as I will have to write the date about 5 times for each post.
