Template in Mac Netscape 7.0.2

I was sent an email from a reader that said:

Could you check your stylesheet? Whenever your page(s) load they shrink to a tiny rectangle (about 800×100).
I’m using Netscape 7.0.2 on a Mac.

I don’t have a way to check that- Is this true and how can I fix it?
