Hi
To add plugin, I need a hostname. My hostname is http://ftp.sitemaker1.com/devonwineschool.co.uk/blog

however, wordpress is not accepting this. Please can anyone suggest what to do next ? Thanks

Looks like you are trying to use an FTP address? Needs to be a web-accessible. SOmething like:
http://www.devonwineschool.co.uk/blog/

Thank you for your reply, I tried using http://www.devonwineschool.co.uk/blog/
but it still came up with the error “Failed to connect to FTP Server http://www.devonwineschool.co.uk/blog/:21”
I have contacted the server and they assure me the hostname is http://ftp.sitemaker1.com but this does not work either. Puzzled
