[Plugin: TDO Mini Forms] Content text-box missing on form

    I have successfully used TDO Mini forms to create a form, and I’ve even had a number of successful submissions using it.

    Today I noticed that the “Content” box, although configured to appear on the form, is actually missing on the form. It should be appearing right after the Title box here – http://www.playmoonbase.com/moonbase-submissions/

    Any-one had this issue? Any idea how to fix it?
