Widgets on my "Sidebar 3" will no longer update.

    I have not changed anything recently, but I am currently running the Vimeo Widget and 3 text widgets on my Sidebar 3 and all ov a sudden none of the widgets on that sidebar will not update… my Sidebar 1 updates perfectly fine, all of the coding is proper for both sidebars as well as my functions.php.

    Also I can’t seem to de-activate any of my plug ins. perhaps this is tied into my problem… Can someone please help!? I need to run my website and be able to update the sidebars frequently!

    Scratch that, none of my sidebars will update. is something wrong with my coding? Is it because of the new 3.0.1 wordpress?

    I literally dont think I changed anything.. PLEASE HELP!

    Try deactivating them manually via FTP or phpMyAdmin

    Have you also tried:

    -switching to the default theme (Twenty Ten) by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes to rule out any theme-specific issue?

    If you don’t have access to your admin area, then access your server via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    -if that does not resolve the issue, try increasing memory available for php.

    None of that worked… my sidebars just can not be upadated in the widgets tab… i try removing widgets and replacing them and nothing changes, noth sidebars are stuck with whatever current widgets are on them.. I tried creating a new sidebar and adding new wdigets and nothing happens, same thing, they do not update. however when i add my old sidebar again it just reverts to what widgets it had on it to begin with… this is so frustrating! helP!
