Problems posting to blog page

Hi,

On my wordpress website, I have a page for my “blog.” I tried to post, but the only way I can get my posts to show up on my blog, is to set it to post to my home page. But, I dont want it on my home page…and it doesnt even sow up on my homepage anyways, it shows up on my blog. But the title says “Home” and if I change that it will change my “Home” tab on my website. Kinda confusing, but I was wondering if someone could help me set my posts to post only to my blog page…no where else.
