Lost password, cant reset

I cant seem to access my account that I have created a plugin with and I cant reset my password, so I cant update my plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/on-site-google-analytics/. I get the emails when I enter my username to reset the password (rascalnet), but when I click the link in the email i get this message “You are not allowed to change your password.”. If anyone @wordpress can help, that would be great. Anyone else have any ideas? thank you,
