By using the results shortcode, the page does not display charts and graphs but an empty box. Solutions?

1․ The WordPress version you are using.
2․ Whether you are using Cache Plugin or not.
3․ Provide us with the link where you have inserted the shortcode and the problem has occurred.

The information you requested:
1. WordPress 6.5
2. No Cache Plugin
3. https://www.bibliotecamonteclaro.it/risultati-questionari-di-gradimento/?iq=14
4. Also note the loss of Section text formatting

For other readers, our Dev Team checked and noticed that the problem comes from the WP SPID Italia plugin. It adds a CSS code to the general SVG, due to which a conflict occurs.

As the customer is using the Pro version of the plugin and commercial products are not supported in these forums, we will discuss the case with the client and will provide a solution via email.
