French odd characters in login

    try:

    -deactivating “add-logo-to-admin plugin ” from the french version and see if the problem goes away.

    Answer for t-p

    I am using “add-logo-to-admin ” only in the admin section not in login.
    Even when both off, still got odd characters …

    If you look the french png, the second box from the top the french characters are OK …That’s weird …

    Just change the 2 messages in new-user-approve plugin.php That’s it …
