Website not working

My website at WordPress is not working. I let my address kecogan.blog and two others expire so that I could have the one I want. It was supposed to work but when I try to go there, I get an error massage. I talked with Blue Host, and they said it was on Word Press’s end. I’ve attached the error message. Could you let me know what’s going on?

You’ll need to first make sure that the desired domain is directed to your hosting provider’s name servers. Consult your hosting provider and domain registrar’s documentation or support for specifics.
Then, follow these steps to change the siteurl and home values to the desired domain directly in the database: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/upgrade/migrating/#changing-the-site-url
You’ll find phpMyAdmin in your hosting account’s control panel.
