Please try disconnecting your current connection and setting it up again. Here are the steps:
- Go to https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (please switch yourwebsite.com with your URL)
- Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
- Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
- Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack
Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again, ensuring to use the connected Google account for Google Merchant Center. (i.e, use the same Gmail address for Google account, Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts). Please ensure you have full admin permission on the accounts.

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
