Seeking Assistance for Woocommerce

Hey there, I have created an e-commerce website. On the website, I have multiple plugins installed including (Woocommerce and Elementor plugins). The website was working perfectly but for the past few days. Now, when I try to add any page or edit it with the help of Elementor. Its editing panel is not working properly. It goes on loading and buffering did not stop.

So, before reaching out to you I communicated with the Elementor Support team, they have checked the issue and told me Woocommerce is causing the issue. Then, I have also noticed when I deactivate the Woocommerce plugin and use Elementor it works perfectly. But when I activate it then the Elementor editing panel does not work properly. So, can you please assist me with that, like what is the issue, and how it can be resolved?

As I understand you aren’t able to edit your website with Elementor if WooCommerce is active, right?

Have you tested having Elementor and Woo active but disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme such as Storefront to check if the issue persists?

Also, if you have Woo active and Elementor deactivated, are you able to change the site with the default options?

Furthermore, please share with us the Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

Hey there, thanks for your reply. Yes, I have tested having Elementor and Woo active but disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme such as Storefront and Hello Elementor. However, the issue still persists.

In the WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Yes, I can able to see the Fatal Errors. I am pasting the content that shows in Fatal Errors so you can understand the error perfectly.

I have also tried updating the memory limit. However, still the issue persists.

Hi @techieyatin,

The error message indicates that your site is running out of memory. The PHP memory limit is a setting that restricts the amount of memory that PHP can use for executing scripts. Your memory limit (2147483648 bytes, which is equivalent to 2GB) seems quite high already, but it’s still being exhausted.

Could you kindly update WC to the latest version and check if there’s any difference? If there’s no change, would you mind trying the solution shared in the threads below and let us know if it works?

Could you please enable WP debug mode and share the error log file with us? It would be worth reaching out to your hosting provider. They might be able to provide some insights into what’s causing the high memory usage.

You could also consider using a debugging plugin like Query Monitor to see if you can identify any specific plugins, themes, or scripts that are using a lot of memory.

Hey there, thanks for your reply. The issue is not yet resolved. I communicated with hosting provider. They also told that Woocommerce is causing the issue as when we deactivate it then the Elementor works perfectly. So, can you please assist me with it, where is the issue so I can take the action to resolve it. If there is anything you need from my side please let me know I will provide you with that.
