    Hi, I created two tables with the plugin and it worked well, they got the IDs 1 and 2. I can see them and work on them when I open them.

    Now I want to create a chart, but this is not working. I can not choose them in the source field, it is blank, also if I search in the field, I do not find them.

    I already tried the google charts and the charts.js, but it is not working, I can’t see the tables in the data source field.

    hope anyone can help. Thanks Oli

    Hello,

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    You are probably trying to use the Simple Table type?

    It is not possible to create a Chart from Simple tables.

    Can you please try with any other Table type, and you will be able to pick that as source data for your Charts?

    Let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for feedback, that worked for me. But so I have to create the table in Excel and import. Creating it online is not possible to create a chart from this? (Free not pro version)

    Hello,
    You’re welcome, we are happy to advise.

    I am just not sure about your question.
    1. If you mean to import an Excel file and make an editable table from it ( like on this Documentation);
    this is not available in the free/Lite Version.

    The Manual ( and SQL)/editable tables are only available in the Premium version, if that is what you need for your use-case.

    2. On the other hand, if you just need to have the Excel Sheet file linked/synchronized with a Table (as explained on this Documentation);

    in that case, this method to have a table linked from Excel is available in the Free/Lite Plugin.

    So, to summarize, you can make a chart from any Table type other than Simple Tables.

    Let us know if anything remains unclear.
    Thank you.
