I checked and seems your theme add these dots to the <li> elements when they are in a widget.
A solution could be to add the following CSS rule on Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
.yith-wcan-filter .filter-checkbox li:before {
display:none !important;
}
In this way, the dots will not appear on our filters.
Please, try it and let me know.
