Hi @des2019
Could you kindly share a link to a page where this behavior is currently occurring? We would like to run a few tests as we investigate this before we can advise further. Thanks
Regards,
Elvis.
Hi Elvis,
At the moment, it’s working. However, it seems to stop working whenever I do any plugin upgrades, then resolves itself within a couple of days (I suspect a caching issue with the web host). It WAS working again this morning, until I upgraded a couple of plugins, one of which was WP Fastest cache. I deactivated the plugin, but that didn’t help. But, when I cleared browser cache, the slider was working again. So basically, the problem is intermittent. Here’s the page it’s on: https://growingroots.com/the-process/
Hi @des2019
Thanks for sharing the link. I have run some tests from my end and FooBox is working as expected on that page.
From your explanation, it is most likely a browser cache issue and the issue appears resolved when the cache auto-clears itself. To avoid this inconvenience, I would encourage you to always run tests after the updates either in the incognito tab or clear your browser before running those tests. Thanks.
This is still happening every time time I do any plugin upgrade. Clearing my browser cache before running a test doesn’t solve the problem, yet it works if I view the page while incognito. I even tried removing the WP Fastest cache plugin. This shouldn’t be happening every time I have to upgrade a plugin.
