I understand the woocommerce_checkout_order_processed hook was working fine before you updated the WooCommerce recently.
There have not been changes that should affect this Hook.
To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

We haven’t connected in a bit, so I’ll go ahead and mark this issue as resolved. Of course, our door is always open should you need to revisit this in the future.
