    Hi there,

    here Alessio Torrisi, developer for YITH.

    Our customer reported an incompatibility issue between your plugin and the commercial version of YITH Multi Currency Switcher for WooCommerce.

    Our plugin works fine for any order, except if it’s processed through your payment gateway: in that case your plugin seems not retrive correctly the currency from Checkout page, in the end the customer will see a wrong currency for its order.

    I suppose there’s something that should be reviewed in your process, so I’ll wait to know by you about how we could solve this issue.

    With it, please include:

    • The test site’s System Status Report (SSR), where the issue appears, with the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway and the commercial version of YITH Multi Currency Switcher for WooCommerce installed, alongside WooCommerce
    • Any further details, logs
    • A link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there.
