issue in Faqs Schema

Hello, I recently started a website where I share information about my pets. Initially, everything was going well, but in the last 6 to 10 posts, I’ve been facing issues with the FAQs schema. I’m adding custom schema by generating it on this site: https://technicalseo.com/tools/schema-markup-generator/ and then adding it using the Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP plugin.

When I check the code in testing tools after generating the schema, it works fine. However, after publishing the article and checking through Search Console testing, it’s unable to display, even though the schema code is present. Initially, everything was fine, but I’ve encountered this issue in the last 5 to 6 posts.

Same issue even with the updated version. Check this URL: https://hamsterguides.com/can-hamsters-eat-garlic/. I Added the custom schema but it’s not working.

Hi, Recently i published 2 new articles:

1- https://hamsterguides.com/can-hamsters-eat-raw-potatoes/
2- https://hamsterguides.com/can-hamsters-eat-snow-peas/

After publishing I did live test in search console and see 1st URL showing both schemas (FAQs + Rating) but 2nd URL showing only 1 Schema (Schema) even I added FAQs as well. I’m sharing Screenshot url:

Hi,

Have you added this custom markup on both pages using the same option? Please share the markup and version no. of the plugin you are using. Also, please clear all kinds of cache and we will check further and let you know.

Yes i added custom markup for same option.

Plugin version is Version 1.28. For my it’s a latest version as i enable auto updates options.

For your information, new article https://hamsterguides.com/can-hamsters-eat-dried-mangoes/ is also unable to show faqs schema.

Hi, thank you for sharing this. We have checked on our end, and the custom schema works well. Kindly check for conflicts with the theme and plugin on your end. Sometimes this occurs due to such conflicts. Please check once, and if the problem persists, please let us know.

Hi Issue still there. Only using 9 plugins don’t thing it’s confliction of any plugin. Can you Confirm?
