Order table miss

Hello, I work with a service provider who must set up a click and collect solution for our stores. To configure their system, their developers need access to the WooCommerce orders database, the SQL tables. Only in an incomprehensible way, the table indicated in wp-config is completely empty! Surprising because the site controls work very well, the information is necessarily marked somewhere, and even though I have searched the tables for several weeks, it is impossible to find where this information is stored.
I have little SQL skills, can someone help me?

Are you accessing your database via PHPMyAdmin? If yes, look for
wc_ordersandwc_order_metas.
Feel free to reach out to your hosting provider if you need any assistance. They can access your database and assist you in locating the orders table.
