I had a client notice that some transactions in her Square report do not have the customer’s name filled out. I haven’t seen any error in a log and it’s only happened a couple times out of 100+. In particular, the Customer ID and the Customer Name are blank.
I understand that you have encountered an issue where a couple of transactions in the Square report are missing the Customer Name and Customer ID.
To assist you further, could you please provide the order details of the transactions where the Customer ID and the Customer Name are missing?
Additionally, it would be helpful to have a look at your site’s System Status Report. Here is how to retrieve it: 1-Go to WooCommerce > Status in your WordPress dashboard. 2- Select Get system report 3- Then click Copy for support

Alright, I got a screenshot of the order notes for one of the problem orders. I can’t find any similarities other than they are for the same product — though 99% of the other orders for that product are working fine.
This all happened when we were on the current version, but I’ll update the plugin regardless.
