Hi @caliam,
Thank you for reaching out.
If you want to allow a master account to place orders on behalf of subaccounts that are under different Managers, a possible solution would be to install the Supervisor Add-On and add a Supervisor account on top of the 4 directors (Managers). The 4 Managers should then be provided with access to the same Supervisor account (same credentials).
Given the below example:
- Master Account (Supervisor)
- — Director 1 (Manager)
- —— Subaccount A
- —— Subaccount B
- — Director 2 (Manager)
- —— Subaccount C
- —— Subaccount D
By logging in as a Supervisor account, each of the four directors can switch to all subaccounts, even those located under different Managers.
In the example above, Director 1 would log in as the Master Account (Supervisor) and could then switch to both Subaccount A and Subaccount C.
Please notice that the Supervisor Add-On installs on top of Subaccounts Pro.
Hope this helps.
