WPForm integration can’t be enabled

    MC4WP: Version 4.9.11

    WPForms: Version 1.8.6.4

    Hello – I am trying to integrate my MC with WPForm, I already added the MailChimp field to all of my WPForms, but in MC4WP integration tab, it still doesn’t allow me to use the feature and kept prompt me to add the MC field to WPForms.

    Adding the field to the form and configuring the integration settings in the field settings from within WPForms is all that should be needed to make it work. There aren’t any settings for this integration in the MC4WP screen itself.

    Thank you for the reply. As shown in the screenshot, I have already added the field and make sure the change is live. I also checked for updates for relevant plugins. MC4WP is still not allowing me to use the WPFORM integration, something is off here.. can you help look deeper into this? Thank you

    The second screenshot of the MC4WP integration settings will not change / always looks like that. The settings are managed from withing WP Forms, When you click on the MC4WP field inside the WpForms form builder you can go to the field options of that field.

    thank you. I see. I turned off double opt-in in MC but it is still sending customers double opt-in emails, have MC4WP come up with a way to disable double-opt?

    I’m sorry. With the WpForms integration it’s not possible to turn off double opt-in.
