  • Hey @jpkarmatech,

    In response:

    (1) After deleting the Cloudflare plugin, you can delete all traces of the plugin by going to MySQL > PhpMyAdmin > Select your affected database(s) > Click “SEARCH” (menu bar) > Enter “Cloudflare” in the search field > You will see a list of tables containing the word “Cloudflare” > Browse through those tables, then delete the “Cloudflare” entries. After deleting the entries, clear all cache. Note: Make a back-up of your affected site(s) first.

    (2) cdn.jsdelivr.net is not related to the Cloudflare plugin. Most likely, another plugin or custom PHP code added it. So, you’ll need to address that first, then apply the process explained in (1) above to remove all traces of cdn.jsdelivr.net.

    Hope this helps. Best wishes.

    Hello @generosus

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Regarding (1): I followed your instructions exactly and found 9 + 31 entries from Cloudflare in PhpMyAdmin using the search function. I deleted them and cleared the cache (Autoptimize and LiteSpeed Cache), but with Webbkoll the 2 Clouflare entries are still displayed.

After another search in PhpMyAdmin for Cloudflare, there are no more entries. What am I doing wrong?

    Hey @jpkarmatech,

Can you share a screenshot of your remaining issue(s)? What is Webbkoll?

    Meanwhile:

    (1) Make sure you clear your Cloudflare cache, disconnect your DNS records from Cloudflare, then delete your account with Cloudflare.

    (2) Perform a plugin conflict test.

    (3) You should not be using two cache plugins at the same time.

    Best wishes.

Thanks, Webbkoll is a tool to determine whether a website is EU data protection compliant: https://webbkoll.dataskydd.net/de

You can see a screenshot of the Third-Party Entries here:

    Hey @jpkarmatech,

Those files (URLs) have nothing to do with this plugin. Most likely, those font files are being enqueued by custom PHP code, a physical entry in your header, one of your plugins, or your theme.

Did you follow (1) to (3) above?

I would also contact your host for assistance.

    Best wishes!

    Hello @generosus
The problem is solved. The third party queries originate from the BEAF – Ultimate Before After Image Slider & Gallery – plugin, these have been generated since version 4.5.0. After rollback to version 4.4.9 the third party disappears.
    Many thanks for your help.
