I understand that Square sync displays Syncing now…100%, at the screen at Square > Update, as exemplified here, when performing a manual sync. Correct?

Just to clarify, as changes to PHP code were mentioned here already, and there is another thread open here, on Square sync issues:
- Is this about another site, or the same?
- Is there any custom code, or modifications, applied anywhere in its code?
Moreover, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi, I was able to find the product that is causing it to hang by removing each until it started working again. Is there a way I can see what about this product is causing it to hang?

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

The site’s System Status Report (SSR) reports that logging is currently disabled.

As a next step, kindly go ahead with enabling it, as detailed here (it is the last checkbox towards the end of the settings screen).

Subsequently, logs will be created once a manual sync is intended again. Feel free to share them here, using a service like https://quickforget.com/.

- After removing this product from the syncing list and syncing everything else, have you tried syncing it again?
- Is there any difference on the product settings when you compare this product to another one? You can see this guide for more information.

Yes, if I removed it, sync works fine. I can see any differences in the product compared to other products. Yes, I tried to remove add again. Did not fix the issue.

Could it be on the Square side?

To assist you further, I’d like to inspect the configuration of the product in question.

Could you please edit this product and share screenshots of the Product Edit page? I’m particularly interested in the Attributes tab and Variations tab, as any unusual settings there could potentially be causing the sync to hang.

Additionally, when you removed the problematic product to complete the sync, did you ensure that the product was also removed from Square? It’s important to remove it from both platforms so we can rule out any conflicts that might arise from lingering data.

You can upload the screenshots to a service like https://snipboard.io or any cloud storage of your choice and share the links here.

Once I have this information, I’ll be in a better position to diagnose the issue and suggest a resolution.

I did not remove the product from Square or Woocommerce, I only unchecked the “Sync with Square” options so the other products will sync.

I have reviewed the screenshots and I do not see any issue with the product settings.

As you mentioned before, there may be an issue at Square.
To verify this, could you please remove/delete the problematic product at Square and then try manual sync again?

Also, I noticed that you have unchecked the “Visible on the product page” option in the Attribute Settings. Is this unchecked on other products (that are syncing fine) as well?

Let me know how the sync goes after removing the product from Square.
