I have read that there were issues with quantities not syncing and therefore checkout or shopping is unavailable. Is this still the case after months have passed? Is there any workaround for this or an estimate on when it will be resolved?

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

I’m sorry for not being clear. My sync with Meta works for all my products but the quanties from woocommerce on my wordpress site do not sync over and therefore I cannot use Meta platforms to sell anything. Regarding what you shared, yes this is still the case. As the post you shared mentioned, this happened because Meta discontinued the option to ‘Checkout on another website’. So, if you are based on the US, the plugin can be used for pixel integration and Facebook Ads to promote product catalogs across Meta platforms, but not for checkout.

Is this the only plugin for commerce that is available to me? As in, is there no way to have a shopable Meta page with WooCommerce on WordPress? Is there no workaround for this? Is there a date by which it might be resolved?

Unfortunately, due to the changes implemented by Meta, the direct checkout feature on Facebook and Instagram for US-based merchants is currently not supported via our plugin.
However, you may look for another plugin that offers the option to integrate your WooCommerce store with Meta platforms, including the direct checkout feature.
As for when this might be resolved, we don’t have a specific timeline from Meta. We’re in regular contact with them and will update our merchants as soon as we have more information.
