Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e
Once you do that, please follow these steps:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save “Other options” section
- Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
When you do that, try to run your backup once again.

My apologies for delayed reply.
The issue you experience is not clear but indicates two possible issues.
- You don’t have enough space for the backup, you need at least 1 GB of free space for the backup, but it failed at around 400-600 MBs of the process. Your hosting provider does return fake value of free space which tricks our plugin.
- Your Apache2 web server canceled the process due to low Timeout limit, please check your Timeout and KeepAliveTimeout directive in Apache configuration and make sure they’re set to at least 120 seconds. It would be also good if you can increase max_execution_time to 120 seconds as well, it should be enough for the size of your website.
