Hi @crimz,
Thanks for reaching out!
I could not see a WPForms form on https://www.elj-coach.com/contact/.
From your screenshot, it seems that your notification settings are correct. In case it helps, you can check that your form notification settings are correct using our tutorial here.
To fix the issue, you can check the steps in our guide about troubleshooting form notification emails.
If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.
To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
I hope this helps 🙂

Hi @rsouzaam
Thank you for your answer.
In fact you couldn’t see it because I had added a background fallout but that caused an issue with the menu; the menu was showing a mobile menu for the first 2 seconds before the website would load 100%, now I removed then background fallout because of that and you should be able to see the gray background again.
Hi @crimz,
Thanks for letting me know!
I could see your form, but I was not able to submit it. When I clicked on the submit button, I could see an error in the Console, and here’s a screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/GrjKO6.
When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
I hope this helps!
