No Shipping Address Showing

    When I’m testing a new install, and get to checkout, there’s no shipping address section, and no checkbox.

    Both show in the editor, but not on the site.

    Its not the theme, as I’m using a Woo theme downloaded from the Woo site.

    Its not a plugin, as each has been disabled in turn, and all disabled at the same time, to see if there was a conflict.

    I cant see how to upload to here to show a screenshot, but section 1 on the page is contact details, then section 2 is billing.

    1, Contact details
    2. Shipping address
    3, Billing details.

    Please, no redirection to GitHub, as their solutions are impossible for me to follow due to so many putting forward different solutions.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It seems the “Shipping” fields are missing on the Checkout page, correct?

    Just to clarify, are you selling physical products or Digital/Downloadable products?

    As a first step, can you please navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → General, and scroll down to”General options”.

    Next, please check that the “Shipping location(s)” option is NOT set to “Disable shipping and shipping calculations”, as this will remove all Shipping options from your site:

    If that looks good, please can you clarify if you are currently using the Checkout shortcode or Checkout block?

    Also, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: you can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs

    Lastly, please can you share screenshots of the following:

    • WooCommerce → Settings → General → General options section
    • The checkout page as you are seeing it on your end

    If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots.
