Jeg-elementor-kit plugin causing 500 error

Hi,
I was editing my Nouriv kit template without any issues until it stopped updating, and then I could no longer view my site. I received a 500 error for every page on my site, so I reached out to my host, who was able to isolate this issue to your plugin Jeg-elementor-kit. My host also increased memory size to the max allowed – 512MB per PHP worker for a total of 1536MB. My error logs primarily show “allowed memory size exhausted.” However, my host also put me over the allowed memory limit of 1024MB, and the plugin still didn’t work.
What is the solution for this? I have deactivated your plugin but without this plugin the templates features/text is mostly removed. This is very inconvenient. What do you suggest?

If you find that the WP Memory Limit of 512MB is still insufficient, you may try increasing it to 768MB for optimal performance as recommended by Elementor.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, could we please get information about your System Status? This would help us align our configuration with your site for troubleshooting purposes. You can check your site’s System Status at
Elementor -> System Info.For now, we also suspect that another plugin might be causing your site’s performance to degrade. Therefore, could you please try deactivating all your plugins except Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit to confirm this?

If you look at the original message I have increased the memory (beyond what is permitted) to 1024MB and still the plugin doesn’t work.
I have deactivated all plugins except for Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit and the elements are still missing from the home page and I am not able to load any page templates from the kit. When trying to upload a template I get “An error occurred. Please try again/”

We apologize for the delay in responding. Could you please upload the error.log message as a file? You can upload it to cloud storage like Google Drive or any other platform. We noticed that the error log message provided was incomplete and did not mention Jeg Elementor Kit.
Before that, you can try clearing the error.log messages first, then try replicating the issue on your site with only Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit plugins active. This will narrow down the scope and make it easier for us to investigate the issue.
