WordPress gallery – not showing up!

    I have blogs on two different servers and am having no luck getting the built in wordpress image galleries to appear.
    I am assuming that this has something to do with my theme or plug ins or something!
    I am running WordPress MU 2.9.2
    The theme is Constructor 1.0.2
    Here’s the URL to a page that includes a gallery:

    the HTML shows that the following code is present:
    [gallery link="file" columns="2" orderby="title"]
