Free shipping will not work.

    I followed the instructions from the Woo Documentation on how to add free shipping method. I added free shipping to the 8 zones that are configured for the USPS shipping method. I added a minimum amount of $41 to qualify for free shipping. I rearranged the order of the shipping methods in all 8 zones so Free shipping is the top method. On the cart and checkout pages, the UPS Ground Advantage shipping amount shows no matter what zip code you put in. What am I missing here? I need free shipping to display if it’s $41 or more. Thanks.

    • Deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Services, and see if the free shipping works as expected. If it does, then activate the plugins one by one and test again until you find the one that is causing the conflict. You can then contact the plugin developer for support or look for an alternative plugin.
    • Check your WooCommerce > Settings > General and make sure that the default customer location is set to “Geolocate with page caching support”. This will ensure that the correct shipping zone is detected based on the customer’s IP address.
    • Check your WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Free shipping and make sure that the “Requires” option is set to “A minimum order amount”. Also, make sure that the “Minimum order amount” is set to $41 or lower.
