Yes. Just list the names of the custom fields you want to index in the Relevanssi indexing settings and rebuild the index. All you need to know is the name of the EAN field. If you don’t know, I can check it for you if you enable the debugging mode from Relevanssi debugging settings and point me to a product.

It worked, will the index rebuild itself automatically when adding new products?
It depends. When a post is saved, Relevanssi updates the index, but if you add products with an import process, Relevanssi isn’t always involved, in which case you need to index the unindexed posts after the import.
