Hi @hemasusi,
Thanks for reaching out!
Please kindly know that the access token on your Azure account becomes invalid whenever there’s a Microsoft account-related change (such as password change, enabling/disabling multi-factor authentication, etc).
If this occurs, you’ll have to refresh the token by reconnecting your 365/Outlook connection.
To do this, go to WP Mail SMTP > Settings and remove the current Microsoft Outlook mailer connection by clicking the Remove OAuth Connection button. (https://i.imgur.com/QAorF6y.png)
Then reconnect again by clicking on the Allow plugin to send emails using your Microsoft account button and Save Settings to re-enable access.
I hope this helps.
Thanks 🙂
Hi @nasanansi
I don’t see Authorization ‘Remove oauth connection’ button in WP Mail SMTP> Settings. Instead seeing only authentication on/off – https://prnt.sc/RuVWs2N45kxi
Hi,
Currently we are using WP Mail SMTP free version. Here are the settings we have.

For the MFA enabled Microsoft 365 Email ID, should I choose Mailer as ‘ 365 / Outlook’ (Available only in Pro version) or can i use existing settings?
Is there any impact using MFA enabled Microsoft 365 Email ID in existing settings?
Thanks.
