    Hello all!

    I have got a problem with Slice WP Affiliate plugin. I’m doing test order and visits are registered but still no commision. Affiliate person is in active mode. I tried with simple affiliate link and with customised as well (directly to the category product). I can see that entering affiliate link – it looks properly but after going to basket is disappears.

    I’d be very thankful for any suggestions.

    Hey @martamik,

    Thank you for reaching out! No need to worry about the link changing from the referral link to the normal page link once you navigate away.

    Once you visit the site via a referral link, a tracking cookie is set in the visitor’s browser. This cookie will be used to track the purchase.

    Considering this, please let me know the following:

    1. When you access the site using a referral link, does the visit appear in your WordPress admin area SliceWP > Visits?
    2. Can you please let me know what eCommerce plugin you’re using? (WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, etc?). Do you have this plugin enabled as an integration in your WordPress admin area > SliceWP > Visit?

    Furthermore, please make sure that you’re not using your own account when testing a referral. By default, affiliates are not rewarded commissions for their own purchases.

    You can modify this behavior by enabling the “Affiliate Own Commissions” option in SliceWP > Settings > General (tab) > Commissions Settings (section).

    Hello Mihai!

    It finally succeded and commision is registered. Thank you for your help. But I have got one more question – how can I do the payouts for affiliates? I created payout and I can see that there is one payment to do but how can do it? I don’t have any bank account number or something.

    Please help! 🙂

    Hey @martamik,

    Affiliate payments will need to be processed manually. You will need to ask your affiliates for their bank details and then process the payment via your bank’s application.
