Problem with download link

hello i have problem with virtual product links, i tryed google drive, one drive, drop box but when i create virtual product and after pucharsing click on download link link doesnt work and i see error “i cant find a file back to shop”

Can you please share a screenshot of your current Downloadable products settings with us? You can find that under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable products. You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshot with us.
Please also share a copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.” Once you’ve done that, you can paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
