    Hello @roman1309,

    The screenshot you provided appears to show the email address of the sender. Is that correct? Unfortunately, the screenshot doesn’t look like the templates that the Kadence Email Designer provides. Is that text in the email itself? Did you add custom templates to your plugin files?

    Hello. When someone makes a purchase in my Woocommerce webshop (new order), I receive it. The email address is from my webshop. So it is mine. This text is only visible if I print out the email. And I don’t want to do that. I have used a free tamplet from the Kandence WooCommerce Email Designer.

    Hello @roman1309,

    I apologize, but I still don’t understand your issue. You sent a screenshot that shows an email address. You said that when you print out the email, the email address is visible. Is this the problem? If so, that comes from the email client and can’t be removed via the email designer.
