Uploading a template problem

Hi everyone:

I have bought a wordpress template that was my favorite and I am trying to upload it into my account but it doesn’t work, it says “are you sure you want to do this? try again later”

i have hosting through godaddy and have downloaded wordpress in my account there and for all the other themes has been working fine, i am not sure if there is something i am missing, or if i need to upgrade my wordpress account in some way to get this template working.

any ideas?
