Im a U.S. merchant and Im facing the issues mentioned in the pinned facebook for woocommerce post ie all my items on the instagram store is shown as soldout but has the correct quantity on the website and the ability to add to cart is gone. How can i divert customers back to my website using that former add to cart button and is there anyway to not have it show soldout even if customers cant make purchases on the instagram store?
If there isnt a way to do any of the above what common ways do people use their facebook for woocommerce plugin to maintain their instagram presence and divert people back to their site (either through clicking on an item or other button that would divert them back)?

  • Hey there, @dasilentdev! Thanks for contacting us.

As mentioned in the pinned post, we recommend not using Facebook for WooCommerce to set up your shop on Instagram/Facebook in the US, as it is not possible to have it work correctly at the moment.

Regarding directing your followers to your website, here’s a few tips:

    • Utilize your social media posts: Share engaging posts on Instagram and Facebook that encourage followers to visit your website. Mention exclusive offers or more product details available on your site.
    • Include a link in your bio: Update the link in your Instagram bio to direct users to your website. Regularly remind your followers in posts to check the link for the latest products and promotions.

I hope this was clarifying. If you face any issues or have any questions, please let us know so we can assist you further.

    Have a wonderful day!
