Order search not working

    Hello,

    The search field for orders has not been functioning for over a year. It is not possible to search by name, last name, order number (with or without #), postal code, address, etc. Filtering orders by month and year in the list is also not working; if I choose to display orders from November 2023, the list is completely blank. This has been the case for over a year, and I have had to navigate to the “next page” to access older orders. Our WordPress and WooCommerce are up to date, and all plugins are updated. Can anyone help us with this?

    Hi @teknikfronten,

    Since your WordPress, WooCommerce, and all plugins are up to date, this issue might be due to a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme. To narrow down the issue, I recommend doing a conflict test. Here’s how: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Update database – Update
    • Verify base database tables – Verify database

    Next, please clear your browser cache and then check again.

    If this makes no difference, please share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
