I went ahead, and searched, for Subtotal, in the Chinese (China) locale, and it appears it is already translated (green color). On the other hand, linked here are the results surfaced, when searching for the term Shipping.

Moreover, to pinpoint where this text is coming from, in order to translate it accordingly, I’d recommend utilizing the String Locator plugin.

Thanks for the clarification.
It is possible a plugin or your theme is overriding the translation.
Can you please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support so we can take a look and investigate this further?

There are a couple places that should also have already been translated as well in WooCommerce. The one showing the Cart (i.e. View Cart, Checkout), and Empty Cart page (Your cart is currently empty, New in store):
